Memorial day weekend is always big for weddings and this year I had two planned in Northern Virginia. Fridays wedding was held at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, VA. Not only is this one of my favorite places to shoot, but we stay at my Aunts in Belmont, which makes the commute not half bad.
I have know Chloe and Brad for some time now. They are good friends with my cousins and we have gone on a few triple dates in the past. I got to know them more during their engagement session last year and was overjoyed when they wanted me to be their wedding photographer. It was a beautiful wedding for about 75 people. Most of Chloe’s family is from France, and many of them traveled over seas to watch the two get hitched. Since the winds were a blowin’ that day, Chloe made the decision to keep the Ceremony inside, which we all agreed was a good one! Brad has a daughter Hailey, who is just adorable. Chloe is a wonderful step-mother to her and taking the photos of the two of them brought tears to my eyes.
